Frequently asked questions

RoadMe is an app for independent travel. It brings together cities, places worth visiting and ready-made walking routes, and lets you plan your trip day by day.

We’re preparing the launch on the App Store and Google Play. We’ll announce the date on our blog and social media — follow us to be the first to know.

On iOS and Android smartphones. Links to the app will appear on this website as soon as it’s in the stores.

RoadMe will be free to download. If paid features ever appear in the app, we’ll tell you about them and their terms in advance.

You can browse cities, places and collections without an account. To save routes, plan trips and follow a route step by step, you’ll need to sign in with your email or a Yandex account.

We use your data only to run the service. What we collect and how we store it is described in our Privacy Policy.

Read our blog and follow RoadMe on Instagram, Telegram, TikTok and Threads — that’s where we share news about the launch and updates first.
