Las Vegas Go City: Explorer vs All-Inclusive and Practical Conditions
Choose Las Vegas Go City Explorer when you want a fixed number of eligible experiences over a longer window, and All-Inclusive when you want to use a defined run of consecutive sightseeing days. Check the smaller Essentials option as well: it can suit a shortlist drawn entirely from its more limited selection. The right product depends on the actual attractions, admission conditions and time you can use.
Information checked on 26 October 2026. This guide compares current Las Vegas Go City products, not a gambling itinerary or every entertainment ticket in the city. Attraction lists, prices and reservation arrangements can change. Before buying, compare your chosen product's current inclusions with the real dates and experiences you want.
Three products, two ways of counting
| Product | What you select | Current use window | Main check |
|---|---|---|---|
| Explorer | A set number of attraction choices; current direct options are three to seven | Up to 30 consecutive calendar days from activation | All intended choices belong to Explorer's list |
| All-Inclusive | A duration; current direct options are two to five days | The purchased consecutive calendar days | Enough usable visits fit without rushing |
| Essentials | Three choices from a smaller curated list | Up to 30 consecutive calendar days from activation | Your exact shortlist fits the restricted selection |
Explorer and Essentials count choices. All-Inclusive counts days. A larger attraction catalogue does not mean you personally receive every option without limits, and the word inclusive does not mean unlimited repeat rides or all meals and transport.
Before buying, try RoadMe: in supported cities, the app develops a complete personal trip programme around your interests, dates and pace. Using that plan in the app is more convenient than buying a pass and trying to force unsuitable activities into the days afterwards.
Explorer: choices are not the whole catalogue
The current direct comparison offers three to seven Explorer choices. You buy the number of eligible attractions, not entry to the entire selection. Once a choice is used, it reduces your allowance. Do not mistake the number of listed possibilities for the number you purchased.
The current window after activation is up to 30 consecutive calendar days for a new purchase. Older material may describe 60 days, and some sellers still mention older choice quantities. Use the conditions of the product actually sold to you, rather than combining the best-looking fragments of several versions.
Explorer can suit a stay with rest days, meetings or other travel between attractions. That flexibility does not guarantee an available reservation whenever you want. If one experience is central to the decision, check its pass-specific booking process before committing.

All-Inclusive: the first evening counts as a day
All-Inclusive runs for consecutive calendar days, starting on the day of first use regardless of the hour. It is not a series of rolling 24-hour periods. Beginning late in the evening uses that calendar day, even if most daytime attractions are already unavailable.
For example, a three-day pass first used on Tuesday covers Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. It does not stretch to Friday evening merely because activation happened late on Tuesday. Put the intended activities into actual opening windows before deciding on the duration.
You can use multiple eligible attractions within the purchased period, but each attraction is normally limited to one visit per pass. The freedom to visit several different places is not permission to repeat a favourite every day.
The model can suit concentrated sightseeing when the chosen experiences fit available days and reservation times. It can be poor value when long transfers, late starts, weather or fixed commitments leave little usable time. A full calendar is not automatically a pleasant holiday.
Essentials deserves its own comparison
Essentials offers three choices from a smaller curated selection. It is not simply Explorer at a lower price with the same menu. If your exact shortlist belongs to that selection, compare it before buying the broader product.
If even one necessary attraction is absent, price Essentials plus a separate ticket against Explorer and individual tickets. Do not assume you can use an Essentials choice on an attraction merely because its photograph appears elsewhere on the general Go City website.
Check the product label on each inclusion. Some activities are available across the products, others only on particular passes. The useful source is the attraction's actual eligible-product information, not a citywide advertising headline.
Use the exact included admission version
High Roller is currently offered as a Daytime Ticket. The wheel's general venue opening hours extend beyond the admission window available with this pass product. Buying Go City does not automatically provide the nighttime ride you saw in a review of another ticket.
The Eiffel Tower Experience at Paris Las Vegas is a different attraction with its own current reservation and access instructions. Do not transfer the High Roller's daytime restriction to it merely because an old web address or another sightseeing guide uses similar wording.
FlyOver, museums, rides, tours and dining benefits also have specific included versions. A single ride is not every film or repeat visit, a basic museum admission is not every special event, and a dining credit is not unlimited food.
Read the inclusion before comparing its separate price. A premium individual ticket with additional services is not an equivalent benchmark for a basic pass admission. Matching the experience is more useful than choosing the largest number for an apparent saving.
Same-day reservations can change the plan
The current Go City instructions require same-day reservations for High Roller and the Eiffel Tower Experience before arrival. Their process asks for order information and issues the relevant booking confirmation. This is different from reserving every activity weeks ahead.
Follow the specific instructions for each attraction. Some tours can be reserved in advance through the app or provider; other experiences only accept a reservation on the visit day. A request form is not always a confirmed booking.
For the two viewing experiences, keep the separately issued QR confirmation available as instructed. The general pass barcode and a payment receipt are not automatically the document used at every entrance. Read the actual getting-in section before joining a queue.
Pass ownership does not guarantee capacity on a preferred date. Leave a realistic alternative if a key reservation is unavailable. Do not make an All-Inclusive plan depend on several precisely aligned slots that have not been confirmed.

Premium means one eligible choice on a qualifying pass
Current three-, four- and five-day All-Inclusive products include one premium attraction choice. This does not apply to a two-day product, Explorer or Essentials simply because the experience appears in the city's overall catalogue.
The current premium selection includes examples such as the Papillon Strip night flight, KÀ by Cirque du Soleil and a listed guided desert hike. Check the actual available roster for your purchase. Do not assume that every Cirque show, concert or attraction with a famous name is included.
One premium choice means one for the duration of the pass, not one per day. Decide which experience matters before using the allowance, and compare availability and practical requirements. A valuable-looking premium benefit is useless if you cannot attend.
A premium flight is more than the airborne minutes
The current Papillon benefit requires a reservation and a valid pass on the visit date. The instructions include contacting the operator with passenger weight information, bringing the required identification and arriving ahead for check-in and the safety briefing.
Transfers to and from the helicopter terminal are not included in that listed benefit. Add the actual ground journey and check-in, not only the advertised flight duration. A short flight can occupy a much larger part of the evening.
Weather and operational arrangements can affect the experience. Follow the provider's cancellation or amendment deadline if plans change. Do not rely on a general unused-pass policy to erase the conditions of a separately reserved attraction.
If considering KÀ, the current pass instructions describe collecting the assigned-category ticket at the MGM Grand box office on the show day, subject to availability. Owning the pass is not the same as already holding a confirmed seat for any desired performance.
Price the usable plan, not the largest catalogue
Compare the current total for your selected product, duration or choice count with the tickets you would really buy separately. Account for actual date prices, age, available discounts and the included admission version. Promotional starting prices are not a quote for every option.
For Explorer, compare the wanted choices and test the result with one uncertain visit removed. For Essentials, first check whether the smaller roster is enough. For All-Inclusive, calculate what can fit into the actual calendar days without assuming that all advertised experiences are physically possible.
Our guide to travel budgeting and easily forgotten costs helps add transport, meals, optional upgrades and time-dependent arrangements. The pass does not remove these expenses simply because admission is prepaid.
An operator's savings guarantee has its own conditions. Do not treat a marketing headline as an automatic refund for unused choices or a promise that every plan is cheaper. A calculation based on your genuine interests remains the better first decision.
Validity before use and refunds are separate clocks
The current terms let a newly bought pass be activated within 12 months of purchase. Explorer and Essentials then have their shorter use window; All-Inclusive has the purchased consecutive days. One year before activation does not mean one year of admission after activation.
For current direct purchases, the unused and unactivated cancellation offer is within 90 days of purchase, subject to conditions. It is not a refund window after the sightseeing period. An activated pass does not become proportionally refundable because some planned visits remain unused.
The terms specifically warn that pre-booking an attraction can count as activation for refund purposes. Before reserving, check how that particular booking affects the pass and cancellation rights. Do not promise yourself that every pass remains unactivated until you physically arrive at a gate.
Attraction reservations also have their own change, cancellation and no-show rules. Record both the pass conditions and the actual experience's deadline. A direct provider policy should not automatically be substituted for a reseller's purchase process.

Travel, weather and family suitability
A city attraction package is not a universal transport ticket. A listed sightseeing bus or tour may be included as a specific experience, but that does not cover every journey between hotels, museums, the Strip and departure points.
Check the actual locations and meeting instructions. Do not assume all Las Vegas activities are within a short walk of one another. Include the route back to your accommodation and time to arrive before a tour's required check-in.
Outdoor viewing decks, rides and desert activities can be affected by weather. Opening hours may also change during major events. General venue hours and the access available to pass holders can differ, so verify both when an experience is important.
A child pass does not override height, age, supervision or suitability rules. Check each attraction for your actual children before counting it toward value. An adult-oriented activity should not become a family recommendation just because it appears in a large catalogue.
Use the issued pass and the right confirmation
After a direct purchase, the pass is delivered by email and can be used through the app or the described printed option. Save the actual pass and required reservations before losing reliable internet. A bank debit or shopping confirmation is not automatically an attraction admission document.
Each pass belongs to one person and is non-transferable. You can buy for others, but their passes remain theirs. Do not split one Explorer allowance between companions or assume an All-Inclusive pass can move between people during the day.
Our guide to museum and attraction tickets, entry times and refunds explains the wider distinction between payment, reservation and admission. Combine that preparation with the specific Go City getting-in instructions for every chosen experience.
A practical choice before paying
- List only wanted experiences and their exact included versions.
- Check whether Essentials covers the shortlist before comparing Explorer.
- For All-Inclusive, place the visits in consecutive calendar days with actual travel and booking windows.
- Verify any premium eligibility and the effect of reservations on activation and refunds.
- Compare complete current costs with standalone tickets, then test the plan without an uncertain visit.
Leave room for meals, free city experiences and rest. A prepaid admission is useful only when it fits the trip. Finishing an allowance is not more important than enjoying the places you actually chose.
Let RoadMe develop a complete personal city programme around your interests and a comfortable pace where supported. Following that plan in the app is easier than rebuilding each day around unused admissions from the wrong pass.
Explorer suits a fixed shortlist, Essentials a shortlist within its smaller selection, and All-Inclusive a workable run of consecutive sightseeing days. Choose after checking real admission conditions and available time, not from the product name alone.
